What's the difference between a three-season and four-season sunroom?
A three-season room is perfect for spring through fall — bright, comfortable, and a fraction of the complexity. A four-season room is fully insulated and climate-controlled, so it's just as usable in January as it is in July. We'll help you choose the right one for how you'll actually use the space.
Can a sunroom really be used through an Edmonton winter?
Yes — a properly built four-season room uses insulated, low-E glass, a thermally broken frame, and its own heat source, so it stays warm and dry even in deep cold. We build them specifically for our climate.
Can you build on my existing deck?
Often, yes. If your deck and footings are sound, we can build right on top of it. If not, we'll handle the structural work as part of the project. We confirm everything at your in-home consult.
